As a Market Manager for the last 6 years at a local engineering company, I assisted in growing the company from just over 100 employees and $9 million in revenue to over 250 employees and over $38 million in revenue.

• Which led to the successful sale of the company.

I have spent the last 6 years growing the Peterborough + District Construction Association.

• 2 years on the Board, 2 years as VP, and now in my second year as President. Over that time we have:

  • Created events that are now some of the most sought after events to attend on an annual basis by industry leaders.

  • Increased our annual fundraising amount by over 300%.

  • Lead the organization through a complete rebrand and developed a new strategic plan.

  • Greatly increased lobbying efforts on behalf of our members at a municipal and provincial level.  

As a Steering Committee member and now Chair of 100 Men of Peterborough I assisted the organization in revitalizing the membership after covid lead to a large dip in membership and event activity. 

• Currently we have over 110 members and attendance is strong. We are always focused on maintaining our ability to donate $10,000 to a local charitable group every quarter.

Launched the first ever Peterborough Mayoral Invitational charity golf tournament at Kawartha Golf Club which raised $10,000 in our first year.

Was a part of the DBIA board as a board member and vice chair as well for the past 4 years.

Have been a member of the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for Fleming College’s General Business program for the last 3 years.

President of the Kawartha Senior Soccer League (KSSL) for 6 years (2019-2025)
